The 12-year-old California teen has been arrested after a new prank 911 calls known as 'swatting' has been occurring in the LA area. He claiming there was gunshots had been fired at the homes of Two and a Half Men star Ashton Kutcher and Teen Superstar Justin Bieber. The minor boy is apparently responsible for seriously wasting police time after making hoax calls to the 911 emergency services. The LAPD would not provide details about the suspect boy, only confirming that one juvenile had been taken into custody.
