The 6-year-old girl Avalanna Routh, who captured the hearts of Justin Bieber and other stars, her doctors and many others, has passed away on Wednesday (September 26, 2012). She better known across the country as Mrs. Bieber. The six-year-old girl was diagnosed with a rare brain cancer from 2006 and she has been treated at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Avalanna’s family gathered last year for a play wedding between Routh and Bieber at the Jimmy Fund Clinic. In June 2012, Bieber brought Avalanna on stage at the Apollo Theater.

"Our darling Avalanna went to Heaven this morning. Oh Avalanna, the brightest star - you took our hearts with you, our greatest Love;" Avalanna parents wrote on Twitter. Upon hearing of her death, Bieber tweeted Wednesday: "just got the worst news ever. one of the greatest spirits i have ever known is gone. please pray for her family and for her." and also adding "please show respect to her and her family. say a prayer for her and for them. i miss her."
