One person is dead and another one is injured after a gunman (driver) opened fire on a crowd near the 28-year-old Rapper French Montana' tour bus, parked at a Penn's Landing hotel. The gun fire happened around 11:30 p.m. Thursday night outside the Holiday Inn Express on the 100 block of North Christopher Columbus Boulevard. "A large crowd of fans, as well as some of the entourage, were loitering and just hanging out," Philadelphia police Chief Inspector Scott Small told to reporters.
