Tamilnadu State New Ministry (AIADMK party) to be sworn in on Monday with AIADMK Chief J Jayalalithaa as its Chief Minister will be the largest Cabinet in the history of Tamil Nadu since independence. The Ministry sworn in ceremony will be held on May 16th, Monday Noon 12.15 at Chennai University centenary auditorium.

Chief Minister Jayalalithaa will take the department of Police, Home, Prevention of Corruption, Public, IAS, IPS, IFS, General Administration and District Revenue Officers. The Chief Minister can appoint 34 ministers in the Cabinet (24 new faces).

Former Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi died of wounds suffered on October 20 (Thursday).
