The scissor-wielding man named 'Jason Luis Rivera' was arrested outside Miley Cyrus' home in September 2012, he has been found guilty of trespassing and running from police in court on Thursday (October 11, 2012). A Los Angeles jury Panel on Thursday also found Jason Luis River guilty of resisting arrest after he was caught at the 19-year-old singer and actress home. The 40-year-old's sentencing is scheduled for Friday (Oct 12). Miley Cyrus was not at home at the time of the incident. A phone message left for Rivera's court-appointed lawyer was not immediately returned.
