Actress Lindsay Lohan, 25-year-old, was released from the hospital after a serious car crash Friday. The troubled starlet, who recently cast to play Elizabeth Taylor in a Lifetime TV movie titled Liz and Dick. The Actress black Porsche rental car was reportedly totaled after it rear-ended an 18-wheeler on the Pacific Coast Highway in Los Angeles. "She was brought to Santa Monica UCLA hospital as a precaution. She is fine and was released less than two hours later and is already headed back to the set to resume work," Lohan rep said, and also added "Fortunately, no one was seriously injured in the accident." Update (June 11): Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Lindsay Lohan lied to cops Friday by telling them she wanot driving the Porsche that slammed into a truck on the Pacific Coast Highway, Lost Angeles Friday. While charges have yet to be filed, she could be prosecuted and her probation could be revoked.
