Actress Kristin Chenoweth was rushed to a New York hospital Wednesday (July 11) after being injured by falling lighting equipment on the Brooklyn set of the CBS drama "The Good Wife." According to TMZ report, The 43-year-old Actress Kristin immediately fell to the ground and smacked her head on the concrete during the fall. The Set called Emergency service 911 around 5 PM ET to report a woman who had been hit in the head by a scaffold.

A Witness told TMZ, "That area is a vortex for wind and a big gust of wind blew the lighting off the scaffolding." The witness tells us Chenoweth was hit "square in the head" and appeared to be "knocked out cold." The witness says, "I thought she was dead at first." Update: “Kristin has been released from the hospital and is home recovering,” Kristin Chenoweth flak, Jill Fritzo, said in a statement. “She thanks everyone for their prayers and well wishes.”
