Actress Halle Berry's Ex Gabriel Aubry got into a physical altercation with Halle Berry's new fiance, Olivier Martinez, while dropping off his daughter. The 37-year-old French-Canadian male model has been booked on a misdemeanor battery charge after he was arrested and taken into custody on Thursday (Thanksgiving Day) over a bust-up with Halle Berry’s fiance. From TMZ report, He's still in custody and his bail has been set at $20,000.

“There was an incident at Halle Berry's residence earlier today. There was an altercation, and as a result, a party was injured and transported to Cedars Sinai Medical Center,” Sgt. Mike Odle of the Los Angeles Police Department told.

Update (November 26): Gabriel Aubry claims Halle Berry's fiance threatened to kill him during a Thanksgiving confrontation that left him with a broken rib, bruised face and under arrest.
